These Terms of Use are between you and Angela Brabet trading as Damadi ("Damadi” or the "Company”) and govern your use of the Damadi online store, e-commerce platform and website located at www.damadi.com.au and Damadi mobile applications that link to these Terms of Use (together, the "Services”). By accessing and using the Services, you agree to the terms and conditions of use set here, along with any rules, policies and procedures that Damadi may install from time-to-time, these are the “Terms of Use”.

The Terms of Use apply to the Services currently offered by Damadi as well as any future Services.

The Services offered are not available to children (persons under the age of 13) or to any user whose use of the Services has been suspended or revoked. If you are under the age of 13, you can use the Services only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use the Services. If you are acting on behalf of any entity or organization, you warrant and represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms of Use.

Refunds.In the event that you have any problem with a product or order, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving it.  It is our aim that you get your products in the best possible condition and we will do our utmost to ensure that happens. You may be asked to return the product to us, if there is an issue with it. This is so we can assess what has happened and prevent it from happening again in the future. We cannot improve our products or postal services if we don’t know about any problems, so you are encouraged to call or email us and let us know.  Every situation is different but the few customer issues we have had are generally resolved inside of 5 minutes of hearing about the problem.

Pricing. All prices on the Damadi website are in Australian dollars ($AUD). The price you see is the one you pay.

Colours. There can be a great variation in the way colours display on different monitors. We have done our best to show the products in “true to life colours” but they may vary from one monitor to another. There can also be a slight colour variation in the products. This is because different growing conditions can effect the plants and the oils they produce. 

Product Availability. Every Damadi product, is hand crafted by Angie Brabet. Being a one woman empire means I get to be the boss but it also means I get to be the accountant, the formulator and the chief bottle washer. While every attempt is made to keep product in stock there may be rare times when I can’t keep up (like the great Patchouli run of 2011, when everyone suddenly went mad for Patchouli soap.) If this happens, the product will be listed as out of stock for a short time and you will be advised of when the next batch is available.

Medical Advice. We will help where ever we can with good general advice but please remember we are not doctors and do not make any claims to be. If you need medical advice, please don’t hesitate, see a professional doctor.

Content and Copyright. Damadi may present information and content, including  articles, opinions, text, statistics, data, product information, commentary, graphics, photographs, illustrations, reviews, video and audio files, in addition to User Generated Content (as defined here and collectively called  "Content"), that is owned or licensed by the Company. When used in these Terms of Use, "we", "us” and "our" mean Damadi.

Every image and word on the Damadi website and the Damadi Blog is the property of Damadi. It may not be copied or transmitted without prior consent by Damadi. You may not copy Damadi images, product descriptions or blog entry’s under any circumstances without consent.  

Services. Damadi is not responsible for inaccurate information provided through the Services and makes no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of Content, including without limitation the availability or effectiveness of any product. Damadi does not assume any liability for any loss that may result from the reliance by any person upon any Content provided on through the Services. Damadi will offer any information in good faith but please be aware that errors and typo’s can happen.

Through the Services, you may be able to review Content, register for membership, make purchases, sign up for contests. Damadi reserves the right to change, suspend and discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time including, but not limited to, the nature of the Services offered, databases, hours of availability, and software needed for access or use. Damadi reserves the right to permit or restrict any user’s access to the Services in its sole and absolute discretion. Basically, to cut through the legal jargon, this means play nice with the other kids.

Profiles and Blogs. Damadi may offer original and third party information through the Services. You may be invited to provide personal information, custom screen names, icons and other information (your "Profile Information”), and you may wish to comment on or post messages, commentaries, reviews, testimonials, and other information and materials, which may include providing Profile Information and engaging with other users of the Services (collectively, and together with Profile Information, "User Generated Content").When you submit, publish, post or display  any content through the Services by creating a profile, connecting with other users, or posting Content to any blog or board you agree to strictly limit yourself to the subject matter for which the Forums are intended and to comply with these Terms of Use. Once again, this is an agreement to play nice with the other kids.

User Generated Content. Damadi does not endorse or have any control over User Generated Content submitted by you or others and accepts no responsibility whatsoever in connection with or arising from any content posted by any user. User Generated Content submitted through the Services is not necessarily reviewed by Damadi prior to posting or at any time. Damadi will modify or remove any inappropriate or inaccurate User Generated Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the user submitting any User Generated Content is accepted by Damadi.
