At Damadi we focus on quality ingredients and try and keep our prices reasonable, unfortunately we can't absorb all the postage charges to do this. For postage within Australia we charge a flat rate of $13, no matter how many products you order. Everything is popped into an Australia Post Express Bag and generally arrives at your door step in one to two days from Darwin. It may take a little longer if you are outside of a metro area.

Some regular clients like to get together and place a combined order to save on postage.

For international orders, the prices vary from country to country, so we will contact you with a quote for postage once you have placed an order with your full mailing address. You will be sent an email advising you of the postage and once you have said its ok, your order will be sent. International customers get the best rate of exchange and the least hassle by using a credit card for payment. It is much easier than using a money order or inter-country bank transfer as the fees on these payment methods are pretty high and involve a lot of running around.

If you have any issues with your products please let me know within seven days of receiving the order. You maybe asked to post the products back in the case of a refund, but generally if you're not happy, I'm not happy. I want us both to feel good about Damadi so I'll do the best I can to resolve any issue quickly so we can continue being pleased with life.

All products are "double bubbled' for postage. They are covered in two layers of bubble wrap and then either put in a padded bag or another layer of bubble wrap. In the event of any damage in transit please let me know. I want you to get your products in the best possible condition but things can happen despite my enthusisim with the bubble wrap. If there are any issues with your product please let me know.
